Rehearsal Night (Friday, January 5th, 2018): 
Options: Chicken, Pork Chop or Vegetarian.

- Chicken: Stuffed with Boursin, Spinach, and Pancetta with Roasted Red Potatoes (Gluten free)
- Pork Chop: Durac Pork Chop with Mashed Potatoes (Gluten free, let us know if you want this they will put a different sauce on it)
- Vegetarian: Mushroom Risotto with seasoned vegetables
- Desert: Tiramisu and Bread Pudding on a dessert table

Reception Night (Saturday, January 6th, 2018)
Options: Chicken, Steak, or Vegetarian 

- Chicken: Almond Crusted Chicken (not Gluten free)
- Steak: Top Sirloin with mushroom sauce, yukon roasted potatoes and asparagus (the sauce is gluten free, this entire meal is gluten free).
- Vegetarian: Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Tomato Basil Sauce & Vegetable Bundle (NOT GLUTEN FREE)
